If there is an override issue with other mod, it will turn red in the list and more accurate description of the issue can be found from the "Overrides" tab. When running the launcher, you will get a list of all the mods it can find. They might work if the load order is correct in some fashion, but in any case parts of the mod will not work. As a general rule of a thumb, if two mods have same override listed, they will not work together. Many modders list their overrides and known compatibility issues in their mods description page.
